Built by operators,
not by consultants.
Manou Sabeti founded MarginHaul after a career inside the machine: optimizing freight networks at scale, holding 14 patents in commercial vehicle systems, and leading the first wave of commercial eMobility at the OEM level.
Manou is one of the architects of the commercial EV and autonomous truck systems stack shipping across the industry today. As Head of eMobility at Knorr-Bremse, he led the programs that put production EV and AV systems into trucks at Daimler, PACCAR, Volvo, Navistar, Tesla, Waymo, TuSimple, and Aurora — including the first production brake blending system, co-architected with Tesla Semi engineers.
He has led freight network optimization and strategic planning at one of North America's largest shipper-carriers — driving $250M+ in identified operational savings through network investment analysis, demand forecasting improvements, and strategic program leadership on zero-emission and autonomous vehicle initiatives. At Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems, he spent five years as Lead Product Engineer building the patent portfolio that now spans 14 issued US patents in brake actuator mechanisms, electronic control systems, and diagnostic algorithms — real, defensible IP in the systems that keep commercial trucks on the road.
MarginHaul is built by the operator who designed the trucks, shipped the systems inside them, and ran the networks that move them — not consultants who have read about it.
Why we started MarginHaul
Mega-fleets have internal data science teams. Most carriers don't. They're making million-dollar network decisions on gut feel and spreadsheets — running the same routes, paying the same costs, and absorbing the same regulatory pressure as the big guys, without the tools or expertise to optimize their way out.
We started MarginHaul to bring enterprise-grade network intelligence to the operators who need it most. Every engagement is built on real operational data, modeled with optimization tools we've built ourselves, and delivered as a playbook you can actually execute — not a slide deck that sits in a drawer.
We believe the operators who don't have an in-house data science team are where the biggest impact is waiting. And we're building the company to prove it.
